Excellent work! There was so much that made our experience with PuroClean great, starting with the fast response and the ability to serve Sierra Vista without an additional charge. Luis was reliable, professional, and paid attention to detail. He showed up when he said he would and was very considerate of my schedule. I had a lot of special concerns about how I wanted him to approach the job and he listened carefully and made me feel confident in his ability to address those concerns and do the job well. He is a hard worker but also fast and efficient, so he didn't take long to do the job and still delivered outstanding results. I had my water heater flooding 3 times in my home. Took me a day to mop up and figure out who to call from insurance. Luis from Puroclean was there quickly, explained the process, and assured me that he would do his best and he did. Over the next week, he helped dry about 16 walls in the house by placing fans and dehumidifiers strategically and patiently. Then, once everything was dried our, he cut open the only exterior wall 2 feet by 2 feet,replaced the insulation, and fixed the wall back, looking like new all on the same day! Fixed the baseboards in the laundry room, hooked up the water heater and washer and dryer again. I am very happy with his highly professional work done with patience and kindness. Thank you.

Luis saved us from an absolute nightmare when our house flooded, and also got us in contact with other great people to help us with our renovation. Puro clean will always be my first, and only call when I need emergency service!

Luis was professional, punctual, and was able to answer all my questions. He came over because I thought I had mold build up near my shower, he was able to look into my drywall with a small camera, and also do an air quality test to check for mold. Luckily, we didn’t have mold. He gave my wife and I peace of mind knowing that our kids were safe. I’m recommending him to all my friends and family!
